WebOnTheJob Entry is targeted at builders who are primarily interested in using WebOnTheJob’s facilities as a communication hub for on-line sharing of documents among team members. It also provides contact management and to do lists for tracking tasks. It does not include jobs, schedule management, or bids. WebOnTheJob Entry has the following key benefits:
 
Exchange Large Documents and Photos With Ease

Clients, employees and subs can log in to WebOnTheJob and view the documents you authorize. Documents can include photos, drawings, and spreadsheets – any types of files you wish. Create folders to organize your documents so they can be found easily and then determine who can see and/or change your documents stored on WebOnTheJob. You have full control, and can set read, write and edit permissions separately.

Contact Information Always Available

The Contacts page in WebOnTheJob provides an easy-to-use central store for all of your contact information, and is available anywhere you have an Internet connection. Contacts can be easily uploaded to WebOnTheJob from many popular contact management programs, including Microsoft Outlook. Search contacts by name, by keyword, or by the type of contact, such as subcontractor or client. Create your own groups, such as carpenter or electrician, to organize your contacts further.

Organize Your Day

A builder’s life is filled with a myriad of details and keeping on top of them is a challenge. We provide you with To Do List capabilities that let you set up lists of items with descriptions, due dates, and priorities. To do lists can only be viewed by assigned owners and the account administrator.
